OREM, Utah – Utah Valley University utilized Collegiate Consulting for its recent search its director of athletics. The search culminated in the hiring of Vince Otoupal, Utah Valley announced on Saturday. Otoupal, currently the athletic director at California State University Monterey Bay, will succeed Michael Jacobsen next month as the Wolverines transition to the Western Athletic Conference.
Collegiate Consulting worked closely with the UVU administration and search committee to create a diverse pool of applicants and provided support throughout the selection process. Additionally, the firm helped with development and distribution of the job description as well as candidate review.
