MILLIGAN COLLEGE, Tennessee (March 12, 2019) – Collegiate Consulting, a full-service intercollegiate consulting firm focused on athletics, has been engaged by Milligan College to help in the development of their new intercollegiate athletic strategic plan.
In late Spring, Collegiate Consulting will be on-campus performing external research, reviewing internal documents and conducting a series of on-campus interviews with senior athletic administration, coaches and other athletic stakeholders to help identify goals, needs and other key themes required to begin creating a cohesive and detailed plan to strengthen Milligan’s athletic program.
“We are excited to get on campus in just a few weeks to begin working with the team at Milligan,” said Collegiate Consulting Managing Director Russell Wright. “Our all-encompassing process will build the Buffaloes a clear and detailed athletic strategic plan to guide them to success, while still aligning with the overall values of the College as a whole.”
