ATLANTA, Ga. – Collegiate Consulting is pleased to announce the addition of Jerry Angelo and Tim Ruskell to its staff. As consultative partners, Angelo and Ruskell will launch football head coach executive search operations for Collegiate Consulting. Together, the two combine boast over 60 years of experience in the profession.
Collegiate Consulting will utilize Mr. Angelo’s relationships within intercollegiate athletics to expand its executive search business with a focus on Division I head football coaching searches. “We are excited that Mr. Angelo has joined Collegiate Consulting,” stated Collegiate Consulting Managing Director Russell Wright. “We have had moderate success with our executive search business and with Mr. Angelo’s relationships and knowledge we believe that we will witness exponential growth in our search business.”
Angelo provides years of experience in football search consulting as the former general manager for the Chicago Bears. During his 11-year tenure in Chicago, Angelo led the Bears to four division titles, including the franchise’s first Super Bowl appearance in 21 years. Prior to his time in Chicago, Angelo spent 14 years overseeing Tampa Bay’s scouting department as the Buccaneers’ Director of Player Personnel.
