Collegiate Consulting Assists USC Upstate Athletics Develop Strategic Plan

SPARTANBURG, SC (September 18, 2018) – The University of South Carolina Upstate Athletic Department has engaged Collegiate Consulting to develop a strategic plan.

“Developing a strategic plan for Upstate Athletics is a critical component for our long-term success,” said Upstate Athletic Director Daniel Feig. “We look forward to working with Collegiate Consulting during the process and development of our strategic direction.”

Collegiate Consulting is a full-service consulting business focused on collegiate athletics. Through a series of on-campus interviews and external research, Collegiate Consulting will work with Upstate Athletics senior administration and coaches to develop key themes, goals and strategies designed to strengthen Upstate Athletics.

“USC Upstate is in a unique position as it moves into the Big South Conference,” said Collegiate Consulting Managing Director Russell Wright. “This is such a dynamic time in intercollegiate athletics, and we look forward to working with Upstate to develop a plan for the future.”

 In the past four months, Collegiate Consulting has assisted the following institutions with their intercollegiate athletics strategic plans – Virginia Commonwealth University, University of North Carolina Asheville, University of West Florida and Bakersfield College.
