FORT WAYNE, Indiana – The Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne has announced it will partner with Collegiate Consulting to increase ticket sales and revenue for all ticketed sports. The Atlanta-based firm will support the Mastodon Athletics Department by hiring Mark Hazel, former Collegiate Consulting account executive at Bowling Green State University, as the Director of Ticket Sales and the on-campus contact for all ticketing operations. Collegiate Consulting will focus on season, mini plan and group sales for all ticketed athletic programs, including men’s and women’s basketball.
“I could not be more excited to add IPFW to the Collegiate Consulting community,” said Collegiate Consulting Vice President of Ticket Sales and Services Jason Lai. “We are looking forward to moving IPFW to the next level of fan support and building a true home court advantage for a premiere athletics program.”
Collegiate Consulting now provides ticketing solutions to 10 Division I athletics departments, and increase of 150% in less than a year. Collegiate Consulting’s ticketing partners include: Bowling Green State University, California State University Bakersfield, Missouri State University, Oral Roberts University, Purdue University, Rice University, Siena College, Stetson University and the University of Missouri-Kansas City.

Collegiate Consulting’s work will start with the sale of men’s and women’s volleyball tickets before moving into basketball season. The women’s volleyball team finished an impressive 2012 campaign with a record of 25-7, including a 12-4 record in conference and winning The Summit League tournament before making the NCAA tournament.
The consulting firm also conducted an operational review of the IPFW athletics department in October of 2012.
